Beginning in fall 2006, development of the Complex was adversely affected by water issues. Resources have had to be redirected toward the exploration and development of alternative water sources to meet our current and future needs. Full utilization of the Complex has also been hindered by the need for an acceleration/deceleration lane on the Interstate 25 frontage road that provides the sole access to the Complex. Thus, fundraising has once again become a major necessity for the Club.
