Individual Training

Arsenal Colorado is proud to have passionate, motivated coaches committed to the growth of their players. We fully support coaches who offer individual or small group training, under the following guidelines

• TRANSPARENCY AND ETHICS
• Participation in individual training is entirely optional and is not part of a player's pathway within the club
• Participation is NEVER required for the maintaining of a roster spot, an increase in playing time, or for moving up to a higher team within Arsenal
• Coaches will not leverage their Arsenal affiliation to promote private training

• COMMUNICATION BOUNDARIES
• Club-owned platforms (e.g., PlayMetrics) must not be used to promote or solicit private training
• All communication must be outside of Arsenal channels - including team chats, club email addresses, and other internal tools

• INDEPENDENT OPERATION
• Individual and small group training is considered an independent activity and is not operated under the umbrella of Arsenal Colorado
• Coaches will enter an independent contract with any and all participants
• Coaches must maintain a separation of their personal coaching from their club responsibilities

Arsenal Colorado respects the trust and autonomy of our membership. We will not advertise or promote any private training services. However, we will maintain an internal list of coaches offering these services. The list will be shared only upon request from families seeking additional opportunities.

These guidelines are in place to protect all parties involved and to ensure a positive, fair, and development-focused experience for every Arsenal Colorado player and coach.
