The Outreach Program for Soccer is a community based recreational program specifically designed to help athletes with physical, cognitive, or developmental disabilities participate in the world's most popular sport.
TOPSoccer brings soccer to players who refuse to let their challenges stop them from enjoying the sport they love. The emphasis of the program is on development, training, and providing meaningful participation rather than competition.
- PROGRAMMING: The basis of TOPSoccer is a modified version of the game. It is specifically altered to allow full participation and maximize the enjoyment of each athlete. TOPS provides affordable opportunities for fun, fitness, and self-esteem building.

- Cost: $25 (includes training jersey)
- TOPSoccer Buddies: Our TOPSoccer buddies help the players have fun while maintaining a a safe learning environment. They act as positive role models and cheerleaders!
